West Coast Air has implemented a no show/cancellation policy due to the significant numbers of no shows and failed cancellations.
A credit card number or quick ticket account number is required to complete your reservation.
If West Coast Air is forced to cancel your flight due to weather conditions, or is unable to honour your reservation, you may have
the option of an alternate flight or a full refund of your ticket.
Check In
Check in is 25 minutes prior to flight departure. The counter will close 15 minutes prior to departure when traveling between Vancouver & Victoria and 10 minutes prior to departure for all other city pairs. We cannot guarantee boarding after that time.
A REMINDER that valid photo identification is required at check in.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
Vancouver to Victoria or Nanaimo – Accepted up to 25 minutes prior to flight departure.
Vancouver Airport (Richmond) to Victoria, Sechelt & Nanaimo – Accepted up to 1 hour prior to flight departure.
Vancouver to Comox - Accepted up to 1 hour prior to flight departure.
Sechelt to Jervis Inlet and Victoria to Whistler routes – Accepted up to 24 hours prior to flight departure.
All Tours & Groups of 4 or more- Accepted up to 24 hours prior to flight departure.
Any changes or cancellations after applicable periods are considered non-refundable and no show charges of 100% of the one way fare will apply. Return reservations will be cancelled
Baggage Allowance
Our maximum baggage weight allowance is 25 pounds per person (11 kilos). Excess baggage will be accepted on a space available basis. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal items and electronics including laptop computers,
cellular phones, and cameras in checked or carry on baggage.
For your comfort and safety, cabin baggage is limited to one or more pieces, the total dimensions of which do not exceed
9" x 16" x 20" (23 cm x 41 cm x 51 cm)
Unacceptable Articles
Hazardous articles such as acids, ammunition, inflammables, matches, lighters, paints, fireworks, gas and bleach must not be
carried in baggage
Shuttle Service
West Coast Air provides complimentary drop off shuttle service from the downtown Vancouver terminal to the downtown core
and from Richmond Floatplane Base to Vancouver Airport.
