Reports to: Base Manager
West Coast Air is a locally owned and operated airline, offering scheduled float
plane service between downtown Vancouver, downtown Victoria, YVR/Richmond,
Sechelt, Nanaimo and the Sunshine Coast.
We currently have immediate openings for the following position at the Harbour base in Vancouver:
Permanent and Seasonal Customer Service Agents
Reporting directly to the Base Manager, some of the key duties of this position include:
- Greet and check in our guests for their flights
- Deliver friendly, enthusiastic and professional customer service
- Answering the telephone, booking flights, handling payments
- Handle guest inquiries
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Answering general travel inquiries
- Successfully resolve customer issues
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organized and adaptable to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required including evenings, weekends
and holidays
- Ability to work in a team environment
Previous airline and/or travel agency experience is a definite asset. Interested
