Permanent and Seasonal Customer Service Agents

Reporting directly to the Base Manager, some of the key duties of this position include:

• Greet and check in our guests for their flights
• Deliver friendly, enthusiastic and professional customer service
• Answering the telephone, booking flights, handling payments
• Handle guest inquiries

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Answering general travel inquiries
• Successfully resolve customer issues
• Detail-oriented
• Highly organized and adaptable to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a team environment

Previous airline and/or travel agency experience is a definite asset.
