West Coast Air Launches Its Second Travel Reward Program

West Coast Air Ltd., a Vancouver based floatplane company, launched its newest rewards program today - The Loyalty Club. In the same year as the launch of its first rewards program Air Bucks, West Coast Air is again proving it knows how to respond to customer feedback.

The concept of The Loyalty Club comes down to one thing; customer appreciation. West Coast Air wanted to thank the thousands of loyal passengers who fly with them every year andthere was no better way to show gratitude than with free travel. Not only is the concept simple, the program is easy to use. Customers join The Loyalty Club and their travel is captured by their membership. After they have reached certain levels of travel, 10% of that amount is given back in Loyalty Bucks (free travel dollars). Loyalty Bucks do not expire and are valid as payment towards any route, scenic tour,and charter flight West Coast Air offers.

West Coast Air offers daily scheduled flights to Victoria, Nanaimo, Comox, and the Sunshine Coast. Locally owned and operated, the company has 40 years of floatplane experience bringing communities together. West Coast Air is committed to preserving the environment and to providing the best value to the customers they serve. In 2008, Rick Baxter, President of West Coast Air invested in environmental education by hosting a Climate Smart workgroup and encouraging the small business sector to commit to greenhouse gas management.

The Loyalty Club satisfies both of these initiatives as a paperless, online rewards system. "We have become well known as the airline of 'two pilots, two engines', says John Ring V.P. Operations.
